As of January 2018, they are applications for the voucher program, the wait list is open. All adults in the household must attend the application appointment. The wait time to receive a voucher is estimated at greater than 6 months and once issued the voucher can only be used in their jurisdiction for the first year. After successful completion of the first year you may port the voucher out to another jurisdiction IF funds are available. They also offer one, two and three bedroom apartments for rent. Availability depends on what you are looking for. To apply for an apartment on site you also need to apply in person (all adult household members must be present). The subsidy for these apartments is similar to the voucher program, and is particular to the program rules for each complex. If you would like to receive an application (one application for all programs) you may contact the office and request one be mailed or emailed to you.
